Terms and Conditions

We require 48 hours of booking for any cleaning schedule. Scheduling for a week is a great way to start rather than last minute.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel, skip or re-schedule your appointment.
Please notify us within 48-24 hours notice.
Cancellation less than 24 hour notice will be charge $30 dollars cancellation fee for any booking schedule.
The schedule is set for a week and employees from ECS had already expecting to come for that particular schedule. We need at least 48 hour cancellation notice.
No Contract
There is no contract necessary, unless otherwise noted and agreed by both party.
Contract varies to a minimum of 1 year to two years.

Methods of Payment
We accept Cheque and Cash.
All payments for the services will be required once the services is complete. Payment is due when the ECS team were done of their work. Payments in full will be made to Excellent Cleaning Services.

A $25 fee will be charge for the NSF funds.

If you are not satisfied 100% with the quality of services we provided, call us within 24 hours and we can re-visit your home and will clean your house for free.
Call us within 24 hours in order to do that.
Referral fee:
We give 10% discount for the first visit, and $10 discount for the second visit when satisfied customer refer one client to us. As Satisfied customers on going source of referrals business to the company.
